PACKAGING TEAM LEADER
To achieve the targeted production volume with the procedure and norms on
quantity and quality by excellent
planning, organizing, and controlling all resources in the packaging section.
? Minimum S-1 graduate from Mechatronic
? Minimum 3 years of solid experience in packaging
? Strong leadership and team management capabilities
? Able to work under pressure and familiar with 5S & AM Activities
? Proficiency in PLC and automation process would be an advantage
? Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
? Green Belt Six Sigma would be an advantage
? Good command in English, both oral and written
? Computer literate and SPC (statistical process control)

Work Location is in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto, East Java.
